We all have times and seasons where we need extra care, are looking to connect, would like people to be praying for us, or have questions that we need help wrestling with. We believe that the church is at its best when utilizing the gifts and resources of the many trained and qualified people in our church. We are better together.

Everyone goes through difficult seasons of life, whether that be grief or loss, divorce, illness, financial or career struggles. We want to be a community that walks with people well in those seasons and that's why our Care Partners are here.

We hope to serve a wide range of needs, such as visits to the elderly, providing meals to those recovering from injury or illness, or performing yard work or minor house projects for those in need of assistance.
