Reflection

  • Spend some time contemplating Jesus’ radical acceptance of you at his table, that welcomes you despite all your sins and flaws.
  • When you are ready, take some bread, dip it in the juice, and take it back to your seat. Then thank Jesus for his forgiveness as you partake of the elements.
  • Where is your weak flesh falling asleep?
  • In what part of your life do you feel prompted to pray Jesus’ prayer: “Yet not what I will, but what you will”?
  • Where do you find yourself resisting Jesus’ way in your life?
