CarePortal drives action for local children and families in crisis. Its role is to help mobilize action neighbor-to-neighbor; to connect vulnerable children and families with caring neighbors in their own community.
Using CarePortal begins with creating your own account. Your account will connect you to the needs that Crosspoint is connected to, as well as help you stay notified when needs arise.
Crosspoint's CarePortal page will connect you with the needs in our area that we want to try and meet. These might be the needs of families within our own church, or from within our local network of churches.
There are two ways to support families. You can view our CarePortal page and donate to a specific need. Or you can click the green button to 'Give to Our CarePortal Fund'. You'll find both options on our CarePortal page.
