Gaslighting: Psychological manipulation of a person usually over an extended period of time that causes the victim to question the validity of their own thoughts, perception of reality, or memories and typically leads to confusion, loss of confidence and self-esteem, uncertainty of one's emotional or mental stability, and a dependency on the perpetrator.

Action Steps

Identify a trial or test you’re facing right now in life. This week pray for deliverance and ask God to empower you to be faithful. Notice how God encourages you to head in the right direction and how God discourages you from heading in the wrong direction. Conversely, notice how Satan encourages to you head in the wrong direction and discourages you from heading in the right direction.
