We’re excited to announce the launch of Care Team Workers to help care for those in our community. Our hope is to serve a wide range of needs, such as visits to the elderly, providing meals to those recovering from injury or illness, and performing yard work or minor house projects for those in need of assistance.

If you are interested in serving as part of this team, please indicate below which areas you’d be willing to serve in. Filling out this form does not commit you to any specific project. Rather, we will use your information to reach out as needs arise and provide an opportunity to step in on a case-by-case basis.
